R&B Grinding Co., Inc. speaks to Burlington High School/ARROW Academy students about careers in manufacturing

BURLINGTON, WI – R&B Grinding Co., Inc staff were guest speakers at the ARROW Academy and Burlington High School Tuesday March 11th, 2014.  The R&B Grinding Co., staff presented information on operations and opportunities currently available.  An open Q&A session also took place covering topics such as:  recruitment, the interview process and developing resumes.

R&B Grinding Co., Inc. is a proud participant in Inspire Wisconsin, an initiative of the Racine County Workforce Development Center, that helps middle and high school students explore careers with local employers.

The mission of ARROW Academy is to prepare students for a successful future. To earn a diploma through their program the graduate completes an individualized comprehensive course of study in preparation for entrance into the work force, technical college program, apprenticeships, or college. The audience comprised of approximately 20 ARROW program students.

R&B Grinding Co., Inc. is a family owned & operated company. Ray and Marilyn Biddle started the company in 1958 with one machine.  Today R&B supplies machined parts to several large OEMs and many small contracting companies.
